Guidelines

House Rules & Professional Use Policy

To ensure a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all practitioners and clients.

1. Professional Use Only
Strictly for professional therapy, counselling, coaching, or consultation sessions. All services must comply with ethical and legal standards.
2. Use of Therapy Room
Please use only the room and time slot you have booked. Sessions must start/end according to confirmed booking time.
3. Therapist Station Usage
A shared therapist station (located beside the toilet) is provided for short breaks, session preparation, and note-taking. Not for client sessions.
4. Room Care & Cleanliness
Leave the room clean and orderly after each session. Return furniture/equipment to original positions. Report any damage promptly.
5. Shared Facilities & Tools
Pantry, printer, stationeries, water dispenser, coffee maker, mineral water, light refreshments, and therapy tools are on fair-use basis.
6. Noise, Privacy & Confidentiality
Maintain quiet environment. Client confidentiality strictly upheld. Do not enter other rooms or restricted areas without permission.
7. Compliance With Booking Policy
Comply with Booking & Cancellation Policy (payment terms, cancellation timelines, late arrivals). Non-compliance may result in refusal of future bookings.
8. Management Rights
Management reserves the right to refuse/terminate bookings if rules are breached, and update policies as needed to maintain safety and professionalism.
Cancellation Policy: Free up to 24 hours before booking. Cancellations within 24 hours: 50% of session fee. No-shows: full session fee + deposit forfeited. Deposit refunded after session if no damages.
